Dress Code

As a Catholic Youth Group that respects and values each individual, we are instituting a dress code for all youth. This is a simple courtesy to others so that they may not be distracted, insulted, or otherwise affected by how a person dresses. Simply put, we ask all youth to dress modestly and respectfully (of themselves and others).

The High School Youth Group Dress Code:

All sleeveless shirts must have straps an inch or more in width. Spaghetti strap tanks can only be worn if the shirt or sweater over them meets the above standard.
No short shorts or skirts.
No undergarments can be apparent. No boxers showing for guys with low riding pants. No bras or underwear displayed by girls.
Shirts must reach at least to the waistline of the pants or skirt that a youth is wearing. No midriffs showing.

Again, this is to ensure we maintain the dignity of each member of the youth group as God's child. If problems occur, this may be amended at any time as deemed necessary by Jen and the other adult leaders.
